Mapping the potentiality of decentralize internet of medical things (DIoMT) leveraging AI & Blockchain technology.

Deployment of Internet of Medical Things (loMT) devices can benefit healthcare providers and patients. However, several challenges need to be addressed to fully maximize the use of loMT. This is a collaborative effort under the IEEE, academia and multidisciplinary industry subject matter experts work towards a set of standards as consideration, having utility in creation and of being of value in use, to complement the P2733 efforts and provide specific guidelines not addressed in related standard documents.

Coopathon is an initiative incubated at The New School along with a host of non-profit cooperative organizations around the world. What is a human-centered, design-led practice for innovation and strategy?
It is a way of working that invites open conversation and dynamic interaction to spark new ways of thinking. Stakeholders are integral to the design process. Interdisciplinary at its core, this approach draws from qualitative research, behavioral science, service design, business strategy, and systems thinking—shaping a more holistic way of understanding design, business, and technology in service of human potential.

This panel focused on crafting a value proposition that connects business and brand strategy for nailing product/market fit in a meaningful way to build customer traction for long-term growth and brand loyalty.

Understanding what and for whom we are designing is a responsibility we need to consider as a forethought. While we may not be able to foretell the ramifications of what emerging technology such as Artificial Intelligence, augmented reality, sensors/IoT can shape human perception potentially creating biases, influencing behaviors leading to behavioral change on society at scale that may be irreversible. It is critical to adopt human-centered lens through with consideration from a philosophical and ethical conversation in what technologist are launching in the world today and how it will shape the future of our next generation.

VisionFwd by invitation participated as a US delegate for the Softlanding mission to Berlin 2018 as part of the 2020 EU initiative to spur growth in innovation on a global scale working with other startup thought leaders represented in Netherlands, France, Lithuania, Germany, India tech ecosystem.
