Provides Executive Leadership in Human-Centered Design and User Experience strategically across different sectors transforming business from the inside out at scale.
Exercising due diligence in Design "thinking & doing" with multi-level stakeholders including executives, director and senior members on strategic planning. VisionFwd collaborate with teams to articulate trend/future-casting reports, quant/qual insights for R&D design/prototype, liaison to marketing ensuring brand integrity for finance, retail, beauty/wellness, healthcare, IoT connected devices, art/media, and entertainment sector at the intersection of business, design, and technology.
Having undergone the process, what it takes to launch a product at scale is to appreciate the coordination of many people, business intricacy, and technology feasibility behind that movement. Seeing the organization in its entirety sees it as a dynamic living system and how they interact, engage, and respond to competition and environmental changes. This understanding has led Nga to launch VisionFwd to help business leaders deliver the best sustainable business practice solution.
